By accessing or using PugetNest's website, services, or SMS program, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Services

PugetNest LLC provides real estate services across the Puget Sound region of Washington State, including home buying from sellers, property management for landlords, and renovation services. Specific terms of any engagement are governed by written agreements signed between PugetNest and the client.

3. SMS Program

PugetNest operates a transactional SMS program to communicate with prospective tenants, current tenants, contractors, and clients. The program covers responses to rental inquiries, showing scheduling, application status updates, maintenance dispatch updates, and lease/payment reminders.

Opt in by providing your phone number on our contact form (with explicit SMS consent) or by texting our published number (425) 519-9799 directly.

Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation that you have unsubscribed. Reply HELP for assistance.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier. PugetNest is not responsible for any charges incurred. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any property or service.

4. No Warranty

Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PugetNest LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
